Our MERCADO UPCYCLE workshops and events bring people together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and a sense of connection through food, art and music.

WE play a crucial role in promoting sustainability and reducing waste. 
By repurposing materials instead of sending them to landfill, we help conserve valuable resources and minimizes the environmental impact of consumption.

It encourages us to think differently about our possessions, fostering a culture of reuse and mindful consumption.

BREAK!FAST! JAMmin'

Start your day right with a healthy breakfast: fuel for your body, nourishment for your soul. Nuts, fruits, seeds, smoothies, eggs, cheese, micro-greens, tortillas, cheese buns, yogurt, grilled cheese, iced tea, fresh brewed coffee, kombucha - we got it all!

Paired with an open mic setup with a mix of musical instruments to be played at our leisure. 

Breakfast baskets and trays available for eat-in, pick up or delivery.

IT'S PIZZA 'O CLOCK! 
​a collaboration with Mozz.Lab, in Brooklyn, NYC

Wood fired sourdough pizza, made with a traditional tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese made by Mozz.Lab (Brooklyn, NY), topped with shaved parmesan cheese and freshly picked basil leaves. 

It's a PIZZA PARTY on wheels!
